Values, not buzzwords
Three guiding principles that make a difference for clients, customers, and employees.
1.
2.
3.
“Earnesty”
The opposite of indifference or aloofness. Approach every project and client with genuine excitement and a willingness to engage. Showing "earnesty" is a way to be hospitable in your day-to-day work and life.
Example: Be the person at a networking event who invites someone into the social circle.
People Over Projects
Businesses don’t need another creative partner willing to grind down their staff to produce rushed work. Projects that generate results derives from creators who are supported, not burned out.
Example: "With the scope of the project expanding, we can expect new deliverables next Monday to allow staff adequate time for proper research."
Respect Yourself To Respect The Work
Life is short, so don’t produce work just to meet a deadline. Create something that can transform an audience. If you’re going to do something, do it with self-respect
Example: "Here is Option A, which aligns with what we originally discussed. We've also created Option B for you to consider, as we thought it might be more engaging for your audience."
“A problem well-defined is a problem half-solved.”
For years, I've worked alongside talented executives in specialized fields. These leaders have deep expertise and big ideas, but struggle to connect with their customers.
Their marketing has become a tangled mess—the more complex their product, the tighter the knots.
That's the paradox: the best part of a product is often the most challenging to market.
I help untangle those knots. With a mix of strategic thinking and custom design, I bring clarity to the entire approach and ensure it connects.
If you're ready to distill the complexity and find clarity, let's connect and explore how we can work together—maybe over a coffee or a dark beer.
